With our adapted massage techniques you will be in a comfortable position whilst we safely and effectively help a variety of ailments and problems such as swollen ankles, aching muscles, fatigue, heartburn to name a few. Massage can help you to de-stress, unwind, relieve tension and cope with the challenges and concerns of motherhood. Please note: not suitable during the first trimester.
